Article 29. > To see if the town will vote to amend Section 9.6 of the Zoning By-Law by deleting in line four of the first sentence` of paragraph one the words "for developments" and by deleting . in line one of the first sentence of paragraph three the word. "three" and substituting therefor the word "four" and by deleting in lines two and three of the first sentence of para- graph three the words "a third member" and substituting therefor the words "two members" and by deleting the third, fourth and fifth sentence of paragraph three and substituting therefor the following "One,.of the two members appointed by the Board of Selectmen shall be an architect, 'landscape architect, or civil engineer. In the event that no such person is available the Design Review Committee may retain, with prior approval of the Board of Selectmen, the services of an architect, land- scape architect, or civil engineer" , or take any action relating thereto. To see if the town will grant authority to the Selectmen to grant an easement to Noel Svendsen or his heirs, or assigns, as appurtenant to Lots 56 and 57, Mashpee Assessors Map 114, for purposes of boring and pushing a water pipe under Monomoscoy Road at a minimum depth of 5' according to specifics outlined in exca- vation permit, in order to locate a well to serve his property of an abutter across Monomoscoy Road.
