Collins, Jr, for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-84-3-006 <br /> A petition was filed by Mr. Collins of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Taxi and Limosine <br /> Service on property located on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts, <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circula- <br /> tion in the Town of Mashpee on February 21, 1984 and February 28, <br /> 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, March 7, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Virginia Landry, Peter <br /> Lawrence. <br /> Mr. Collins explained to the Board his plans to operate a <br /> Taxi and Limosine Service in town. He also stated that he would <br /> be using space at the Mashpee Garage to park and repair these <br /> taxis. <br />
