Persons for a Variance Case #V-84-3-008 <br /> A petition was filed by Mr. Robert Persons of Boca Ratan, <br /> Florida for a Variance for permission to vary the minimum side- <br /> line requirement on property located at 266 Popponesset Island <br /> Road, New Seabury, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general cir- <br /> culation in the Town of Mashpee on February 21, 1984 and <br /> February 28, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made ^ . . <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, March 7, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Virginia Landry and Peter <br /> Lawrence. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane representing the Persons' explained to the <br /> Board that due to the fact Mrs. Persons is suffering from allergies <br /> that give her trouble with breathing, which causes her to feel <br /> claustrophobic in her present accomodations. For this reason the <br /> Persons' request a Variance to build within the 15 foot side yard <br /> requirement. <br />
