Campisi of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission too2erate a Therapeutic Massage Health <br /> Service on property located at the New Seabury Shopping Plaza, Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts. ti+ <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> March 6{€1384and March 13, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 21, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Peter Lawrence, Michael Makunas and Manuel Costa. <br /> Mr. Wynn Davis attorney for Ms. Campisi explained to the Board that <br /> trey would be offering Massage Therapy as health service and servi ce <br /> business, Health service therapy would be the use of massage for muscular <br /> disorders. Service business would be the use of massage for general health. <br /> All personnel engaged in the furnishing of the massage service would <br /> be licensed by the Board of Health. The service will be available to both <br /> men and women. The access to the massage therapy room is from the <br /> Beauty Shop and there is no access from the Barber Shop. <br /> There was no opposition to the proposed use. There were several letters <br /> in favor. <br />
