30. No building permit or Board of Health permits shall issue until the applicant <br /> has submitted a filing to the Planning Board for approval of the Final <br /> Site Development Plan(s) for the section(s) which it intends to develop. <br /> The submission to the Planning Board shall comply with the requirements <br /> annexed to this decision and labeled "Requirements for Final Site Development <br /> Plan for Section ". In addition to filing with the Planning Board, <br /> the applicant shall file with the Zoning Board of Appeals a copy of the <br /> application and all supporting plans and drawings and the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals will be consulted by the applicant and the approval of the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals will be necessary for the Planning Board to <br /> approve the submitted Final Site Development Plan(s) for the section(s) <br /> involved. <br /> 31. All sludge or disposable materials from the sewage and water systems <br /> shall be disposed of by the applicant and no dumping of said materials <br /> shall be permitted at the Town Sanitary Landfill. <br /> 32. All trash removal and disposal of trash shall be at the sole cost of the <br /> applicant. <br /> 33. Any use of the clubhouses or common room facilities shall comply with <br /> all local and state requirements for service of food and/or beverage <br /> and furnishing of entertainment. <br /> 34. Wherever the word applicant, petitioner, or developer is used in this <br /> Decision, it is intended to include any and all successors in title or interest <br /> to the real property or any part thereof which is the subject matter <br /> of this Special Permit. <br /> MASHPEE BOARD <br /> pp OF AP EALS <br /> In favor: By: <br /> Manuel-E.
