Regan, III for a Special Permit Case <br /> #sP-$5-o6-031 <br /> A petition was filed by James E. Regan, III of Osterville, <br /> s; Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> real estate office on property located on Lot #82, Cape Drive, <br /> 1 Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general . circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on May 29, 1985 and June 5, 1985 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 12, 1985,; at 7130 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouts Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> The Board felt the special permit should be granted but the <br /> conditions of the Design Review Committee should be incorporated <br /> into this decision. The conditions are as followss approved with <br /> the condition he use either clapboards or vinyl siding on all four <br /> sides, off white in color with cranberry shutters. <br /> Y <br />
