Hack for Variance Case <br /> #V-85-06-032 <br /> A petition was filed by Murray L. and Judith L. Hack of Fram- <br /> ingham, Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the <br /> front yard setback requirements on property located on Lot 8, Tide <br /> Run (Little Neck Bay) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on June 12, 1985 and June 19, 1985 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 26, 1985 at 7 :30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting , <br /> throughout: Manuel Costa, William Hanrahan and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Mr. Dubin represented Mr. Hack in •this matter. Mr. Dubin <br /> explained that because of theheightof the bank the conservation <br /> commission insisted that the house be pushed toward the street as <br /> much as possible. ' Mr. Dubin also told the Board that the abutters <br /> on either side of this lot have no objections and are in favor of <br /> the application. <br />
