V
It was the Boards feeling that a stop work order was put on
the property when the house was in route, and because there was no-
where else to put the house, it was placed on the foundation. The
I ' Building Department gave them permission at this time to pour the
floor to prevent the sides from caving in and that was all. A second
stop work order came when additional work continued on the house.
On June 26, 1985 the application was taken under advisement to
allow members of the Board to view the property. During the time
the Board was viewing the property it was noted that there maybe a
possible drainage problem with the abutting property and that only
on street parking could be provided. In addition the Board felt
that granting the Variance would be detrimental to the neighborhood,
and would not be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of
the ordanance or By-law.
On August 14, 1985 the Board voted to Deny this application
because the Board felt that this was a self-imposed hardship.
BYs
MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS
DENY
&4-_
illiam Hanra
DENY Manu
Manueell
Cos a
DENY
Cher awver
This decision has been duly filed on l(puQ a9, IW5-
with the Town Clerk of Mashpee.
