TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 5 TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rgg co. <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of La Boutique Berbere for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-07-041 <br /> A petition was filed by La Boutique Berbere of Mashpes Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a business <br /> selling Morocain carpets, inlaid wood tables, boxes and leather goods, <br /> etc, in a C-1 zoning district on property located at New Seabury <br /> Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper 'o£ general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on June 26, 1985 and July 3, 1985 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town' <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 10„1985 at 71301p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> a <br /> Judy Howell represented this application as Carlotta Wolseley- <br /> Lahchiouach could not be present.
