TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> rye <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Peters Real Estate Division, Inc. for a <br /> Special Permit Case #SP-85-07-043 <br /> A petition was filed by Paul Peters Real Estate Division, Inc. <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a real estate business <br /> in a C-1 zoning district on property located at the New Seabury <br /> Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper, of general circulation in <br /> ► the Town of Mashpee on June 26, 1985 and July 3, 1985 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 10, 1985 at '] :30 p.m. at which time the <br /> ` following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> pp present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Phyllis Nyden represented this application. Ms. Nyden had <br /> also applied for insurance business as well as real estate business. <br /> At this time they did not intend to have an insurance business. The <br /> Board asked Ms. Nyden to withdraw the insurance aspect of the applica- <br /> tion in writing.
