TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of McGillicuddy Ltd, for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-07-044 <br /> A petition was filed by McGillicuddy Ltd. of New Seabury, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a card and <br /> gift shop business in a C-1 zoning district on property located at <br /> the ,New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> ,. the Town of Mashpee on June 26, 1985 and July 3, 1985 a copy �of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 10, 1985 at 7 :30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Jane Richardi represented this application. Ms. Richardi <br /> told the Board that 1/3 of the business is gifts such as blown glass <br /> and porcelain, 1/3 is paper and personalized stationary, cards are <br /> in this section. In addition somes toys and chocolate will be sold. <br /> The Board found no problems with this application. <br />
