J <br /> 0 <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> b , TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rA8 CA DECISION <br /> RE, Petition of Andrew Charles Groag for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-07-042 <br /> A petition was filed by Andrew Charles Groag of Teaticket, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a retail <br /> sales, silver & gold jewelry and repair business in a C-1 zoning <br /> district on property located at the New Seabury Shopping Center, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General haws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on June 26, 1985 and July 3, 1985 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and 'made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 10, 1985 at 7,30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael .Makunas. <br /> Mr. Groag,.•told the Board that he would not be using chemicals <br /> to clean the jewelry.
