Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> I , Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on June 26, 1985 and July 3, 1985 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />� + 'Aublic hearing ng was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 10, 1985 at 7: 30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> Y <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan; Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> P ` Mr. Dunning explained that they wish to construct an office <br /> building on land which is zoned Industrial, The location is at the <br /> corner of Route 28 and Noisy Hole Road. This site consists of 3.61 <br /> acres, it has 439 feet of frontage on Route 28 and it is 330 feet deep. <br /> The topography of the lot was changed when the nursing home was built, <br /> at that time excavations were made for the nursing home area and they <br /> filled the front portion with quite a bit of sand. Towards the back <br /> of this lot there is a small wetlands area.
