TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Capeway Cleaners, Inc. for a Special Permit Case #SP-85-08-052 <br /> A petition was filed by Capeway Cleaners, Inc. of Buzzards Bay, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to *operate a dry <br /> t ' <br /> cleaning and laundry- pick-up store with shoe repair pick=up, tailoring <br /> and related items for sale in a C-1 zoning district on property <br /> located at the New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on July 31 , 1985 and August 7, 1985 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, August 14,1985 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> t following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> t <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa, and Iviichael Makunas. <br /> i" The Board conditioned this permit that there will be no dry <br /> cleaning on the premises nor any hazardous waste or hazardous chemical <br /> storage and the sale of related items will be limited to hangers, <br /> ' storage boxes and men's neck ties. <br /> ,L <br /> �l <br /> � v <br /> I. <br />
