TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> raa w- <br /> RE : Petition of Prime Properties , Inc . for a Special Permit Case <br /> FISP-86-01-002 <br /> A petition was filed by Prime Properties , Inc . of Mashpee , Massach- <br /> usetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate an office in a <br /> C-1 zoning district on property located on Rt . 28 , Deer Crossing , <br /> Building A-21 , Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A . Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on December 23 , 1985 and December 30 , 1985 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, January 8 , 1986 , at 7 : 30 P .M . at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Thomas Sexton . <br /> Michael Arth represented Prime Properties , Inc . He explained that <br /> this would be a land development office with a staff of four to six <br /> people . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to) grant the Special Permit to operate a land development office . <br /> The Board also established that granting the Special Permit would <br /> not be detrimental to the Town , and would be in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the ordinance or By-Law . <br />
