TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> p,9B DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Woods for a Special Permit Case #SP-83-10-042 <br /> A Public Hearing was held April 3, 1986 at the Mashpee Town Hall . <br /> Mr. Paul Woods case was presented during the course of the evening. <br /> Members present throughout Mr. Woods Hearing were: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Manny Costa <br /> a <br /> Originally a Special Permit was granted to Mr. Woods on November <br /> 13, 1984, under Section 6.3.G.6 and 6.3.G.9 of the Mashpee By Laws to <br /> operate a Mini Warehouse the conditions of the original decision granted <br /> Mr. Woods are listed below: <br /> 1 . An office may be located in the mini .warehouse to be used <br /> exclusively for the on premises management and sales of the <br /> mini warehouse business. <br /> 2. One set of living quarters may be maintained on the premises <br /> exclusively for the residence of the individual who is to pro- <br /> vide security for the warehouse. This living quarters may be <br /> for the manager, but there shall not be allowed separate liv- <br /> ing quarters for a manager and a security person. <br /> 3. There may be outside storage of boats, trailers, and recrea- <br /> tional vehicles behind the buildings. Any such storage must <br /> be screen by the planting of evergreen type shrubbery•.or trees <br /> so that the items stored outside are not visible from any place <br /> outside of the parameter of the lot of the petitioner. This <br /> screening must be maintained at all time throughout the year <br /> and this provision must be strictly maintained at all times <br /> by the applicant. <br /> 4. The applicant may remove any excess fill as required in his <br /> project, but the same shall not be removed from the Town. The <br /> applicant is not allowed to operate a business for the sale of <br /> fiU . The only fill allowed to be removed is that which is <br /> necessary to bring the property into compliance with the draw- <br /> RECEI` '� Ings as submitted to the Design Review Committee and reviewed <br /> �/ y the Board. <br /> APR 18 IN - <br /> MASHPEE TOWN CLERK <br /> AASHPEE TOWN CLERK <br />
