TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 p,9B DECISION RE: Petition of Paul Woods for a Special Permit Case #SP-83-10-042 A Public Hearing was held April 3, 1986 at the Mashpee Town Hall . Mr. Paul Woods case was presented during the course of the evening. Members present throughout Mr. Woods Hearing were: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Manny Costa a Originally a Special Permit was granted to Mr. Woods on November 13, 1984, under Section 6.3.G.6 and 6.3.G.9 of the Mashpee By Laws to operate a Mini Warehouse the conditions of the original decision granted Mr. Woods are listed below: 1 . An office may be located in the mini .warehouse to be used exclusively for the on premises management and sales of the mini warehouse business. 2. One set of living quarters may be maintained on the premises exclusively for the residence of the individual who is to pro- vide security for the warehouse. This living quarters may be for the manager, but there shall not be allowed separate liv- ing quarters for a manager and a security person. 3. There may be outside storage of boats, trailers, and recrea- tional vehicles behind the buildings. Any such storage must be screen by the planting of evergreen type shrubbery•.or trees so that the items stored outside are not visible from any place outside of the parameter of the lot of the petitioner. This screening must be maintained at all time throughout the year and this provision must be strictly maintained at all times by the applicant. 4. The applicant may remove any excess fill as required in his project, but the same shall not be removed from the Town. The applicant is not allowed to operate a business for the sale of fiU .
