TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Woods for a Special Permit Case #kSP-84-10-042 <br /> Hearing on Revocation of Special Permit <br /> On May 28, 1986 the Board of Appeals reviewed its decision <br /> of April 3., 1986 to revoke the Special Permit, said decision <br /> having been filed with the Town Clerk on April 18, 1986. <br /> Counsel for the Special Permit holder was present in the <br /> person of Attorney Florence Bacas. Town Counsel, Joseph J. <br /> Reardon was also present. <br /> The Board reviewed the current condition of compliance <br /> with the terms of the Special Permit and received evidence <br /> from Wayne Tavares of Design Review Committee and the Building <br /> Inspector, Douglas Boyd. Both indicated substantial and satis- <br /> factory compliance. <br /> The Board of Appeals, on motion duly made and seconded, <br /> unanimously voted to reconsider its vote of April 3, 1986. <br /> The Board on motion duly made and seconded unanimously <br /> voted to take no action on the hearing to revoke the Special <br /> Permit. <br /> The Board, on motion duly made and seconded voted to <br /> instruct the Treasurer to release the Landscaping Bond of <br /> $10,000.00, subject to the Board receiving written verifica- <br /> tion of compliance from the Building Inspector. <br />
