TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 3 , TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Arthur DePaul for a Special Permit Case FISP-87-02-022 <br /> A Petition was filed by Arthur DePaul of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct a building which will <br /> include retail, wholesale, storage and an accessory office to retail <br /> in a C-2 Zoning District on property located on Lot #3 Echo Road, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachu- <br /> setts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in <br /> the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> Town of Mashpee on February 11 & 18, 1987, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, February 25, 1987 at 7:30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Information was received that the building will be constructed <br /> from metal. The Board was informed the building will occupy total <br /> space of 7,500 square feet. The Applicant informed the Board the <br /> building will lease three units to various businesses. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on February 25, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as re- <br /> quested pending receival of a certified stamped copy of the original <br /> plot plan to the Board of Appeals by March 11, 1987. <br />
