MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> i P.98 Ca DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Alfred Boutiette for a Special Permit Case /ISP-87-02-020 <br /> A Petition was filed by Alfred Boutiette of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to costruct an Office building in a <br /> C-2 Zoning District on property located on lot 88 Cape Drive, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on February 11 & 18, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, February 25, 1987 at 7;30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> The Board was informed the Office Building will be constructed from <br /> wood and will occupy an area of 3,600 square feet. Approval was received <br /> from the Design Review Committee of Mashpee. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on February 25, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested and <br /> shall be referenced to plans on files. <br />
