BOX 1108 <br /> fgg E(p- MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Ronald Grossman for a Variance Case #V-87-03-029 <br /> A Petition was filed by Ronald Grossman of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to enter within the A.C.E.C. district <br /> and to build within the fifty foot setback requirements from the wet- <br /> lands Ina R-3M Zoning District on property located on Lot 19 Tide Run, <br /> Little Neck Bay, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Fal- <br /> mouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on February 25 & March 4, 1987, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 11, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Cheryl Hawver and Thomas Sexton. <br /> Comments and recommendations were received from the Mashpee Con- <br /> servation Commission however no formal opposition was received. <br /> Abutters present, voiced no opposition. The Board established the <br /> soil conditions and topography to be the legal basis for a hardship. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted una- <br /> nimously on March 11, 1987 to grant the front setback Variance of 10 <br /> feet, a 20 foot Variance from the rear contour of the wetlands and re- <br /> lief to build within the A.C.E.C. district as requested. <br />
