t E . <br /> i Stull of fU!34pPE <br /> BOARD OFCAPPEALS <br /> P. 0. 00x 1108 <br /> lyg DMASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Canterbury Group for a Special Permit Case 3SP-86-11-093 <br /> A Petition was filed by the Canterbury Group of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct Tradewinds Shopping <br /> Village, which will lease units for retail , office and restaurants in a <br /> C-1 Zoning District on property located on Map 81 , lots 16 & 25, Route 28 <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 29 & November 5, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 12, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> There was no representation in attendance for this application and <br /> due to the close proximity of a time frame overlapse the Board of Appeals <br /> upon motion duly made and seconded voted unanimously on April 22, 1987 <br /> to deny without prejudice this request for a Special Permit. <br />
