The Board reached the following Finding of Facts: <br /> 1. Construction of this proposed dock would interfere within one <br /> of the few productive shellfish areas in Okway Bay. <br /> 2. Written opposition was received from the Mashpee Shellfish <br /> Constable and Conservation Officer. <br /> 3. The Board ascertained that adverse impacts in the marine envir- <br /> onment would occur if the proposed dock were constructed. <br /> 4. The Board established there are alternative boat ramps avail- <br /> able in the area. <br /> 5.
