BOX 1108 <br /> Pqg ECO- MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Gary Tavares for a Special Permit Case FISP-87-04-030 <br /> A Petition was filed by Gary Tavares of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Special Permit for permission to construct removable floating docks <br /> in a R-3M Zoning District on property located on lot 5 Crescent Road, <br /> (off Hooppole Road) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was .duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> March 18 & 25, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 1, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William.Hanrahan, Cheryl Hawver and Thomas Sexton. <br /> Thru information provided the Board learned the proposed floating <br /> dock will be 32 feet in length. Recommendations were received from the <br /> Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted una- <br /> nimously on April 1, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested with <br /> the stipulation this applicant comply with all "Orders of Conditions" <br /> setforth by the Conservation Commission of Mashpee. <br />
