Presgraves for a Variance Case #V-87-04-037 <br /> A Petition was filed by Ann V. Presgraves of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the lot size and lot frontage in <br /> a R-3M Zoning District on property located on Lot 31 , Claulise Lane, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on April 8 & 15, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, April 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the follow- <br /> ing members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Thomas Sexton. <br /> The Board found this lot to be of a non-conforming lot size how- <br /> ever through information provided found this hardship not to be self- <br /> imposed or detrimental to the neighborhood. <br /> The Board of Appeals reached the following Finding of Facts: <br /> 1 . ) The Board found the hardship not to be self-imposed. <br /> 2. ) Granting of this Variance was found not to be detrimental <br /> to the neighborhood or derigate from the intent of the <br /> Town By-Laws. <br />
