Inc. for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-04-039 <br /> A Petition was filed by B & A Fournier Realty of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to receive a Special Permit for the <br /> signage in a I-1 Zoning District on property located on Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> April 8 & 15, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> and Planning Board who were in agreeance that landscaping be required <br /> around the perimeter of the sign. The Board learned the brand name of <br /> the petroleum sales outlet will be changed from Getty to Mobil . <br /> The Board reached the following Finding of Facts: <br /> 1 . ) Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Design Review <br /> Committee and Planning Board . <br /> 2. ) Granting of this Special Permit was found to be in harmony with <br /> the general purpose and intent of the Town By-Laws. <br />
