MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of B & A Fournier Realty Inc. for a Variance Case #V-87-04-040 <br /> A Petition was filed by B & A Fournier Realty, Inc. of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the signage require- <br /> ments in a I-1 Zoning District on property located on Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> April 8 & 15, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> and Planning Board. The Board was informed the distance of the signage <br /> from the road would be thirteen feet. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on April 22, 1987 to grant the 37 foot Variance for the signage as <br /> requested with the stipulation a landscaping bond be posted in the amount <br /> of $10,000.00 and pending receival to the Board of Appeals, of a stamped <br /> certified copy of signage plans displaying the exact setback footage from <br /> Route 28. <br />
