BOX 1108 <br /> M Esu- MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of All Cape Survey Consultants for a Variance Case #V-87-05-046 <br /> A Petition was filed by All Cape Survey Consultants of East Falmouth, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the front setback re- <br /> quirements and to build within the A.C.E.C. district on property located <br /> on Lot 59 Surf Drive, (Assessors map 102, plot 14) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> April 29 & May 6, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 13, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br /> Abutters present voiced their concern with the placement of the dwelling. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on May 13, 1987 to grant the Variance of 18 feet from the A.C.E.C. <br /> district subject to compliance with all "Orders of Conditions" setforth <br /> by the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br />
