Crane Appliances for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-10-100 <br /> P A Petition was filed by R.D. Crane Appliances of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a business for the sale of <br /> wholesale products, salvage sales, repairs to appliances and warehousing in <br /> a I-1 Zoning District on property located on lot 18 Industrial Drive, Unit <br /> #107, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> September 30 & October 7, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 14i 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Cheryl Hawver and Edward Govoni. <br /> Council , representing the Applicant, informed the Board that building <br /> #107 will be utilized primarily for wholesale merchandising, storage of <br /> appliances and salvage sales. Information was received that the salvage <br /> sales will involve the periodic sale of items which were damaged then re- <br /> paired and repairs to the appliances he is carrying in his merchandising <br /> program. <br />
