Andrade for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-10-107 <br /> A Petition was filed by Kevin P. Andrade of East Falmouth, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to warehouse dry goods in a I-1 Zoning <br /> District on property located on lot 18 Industrial Drive, Units B-1 , B-2, B-3, <br /> B-4 & B-5, (map 88, parcel 2) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 14 & 21 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, <br /> Michael Makunas & Edward Govoni . <br /> Council , representing the Applicant, informed the Board that no retail <br /> or general sales activity will take place on the premises. Total floor cover- <br /> age to be utilized is 8,400 square feet. The Board was informed that the <br /> applicant may sub-lease portions of the warehouse area. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on October 28, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
