BOX 1108 <br /> tgg MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> D� <br /> RE: Petition of Fields Point Limited Partnership for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-87-10-105 <br /> t A Petition was filed by Fields Point Limited Partnership of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a six screen <br /> movie theatre and concession stand in a C-1 Zoning District on property located <br /> at Mashpee Commons, (map 74, parcels 20, 21 , 19A & 25) , Routes 28 & 151 , Pine <br /> Tree Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 14 & 21 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed that the main floor of building 11A will be <br /> utilized as retail space and a restaurant with theatres located in the rear, <br /> the second level will be utilized as office space. Information was received <br /> that the theatre will have seating for 914 patrons. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on October 28, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
