MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Alan Industries for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-10-108 <br /> A Petition was filed by Alan Industries of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Special Permit for permission to operate a business for the rental sales <br /> and service of industrial audio visual equipment with function related items, <br /> video and audio editing and duplication in a I-1 Zoning District on property <br /> located on lot 18 Industrial Drive, building B, (map 88, parcel 2) , Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 14 & 21 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> A <br /> hereof. <br /> .. A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town. Hall--on <br /> Wednesday, October 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposes to utilize the first <br /> floor as a showroom and storage of new equipment, the second level will be <br /> utilized as office space. The Board learned total floor coverage for the <br /> business will be 8,000 square feet. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on October 28, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
