BOX 1108 <br /> 1i9$ CA' MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Hyannis Hardware d/b/a True Value Hardware for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-87-11-114 (owner on record; Fields Point Corporation) <br /> A Petition was filed by Hyannis Hardware d/b/a True Value Hardware of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> hardware store in a C-1 Zoning District on property located at Mashpee <br /> Commons, (map 74, parcels 20, 21 , 19A & 23) , Routes 28 & 151 , Pine Tree <br /> Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise; a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 26 & November 2, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, Novmeber 10, 1987 and continued to November 18, 1987 at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed total footage to be utilized by the Hardware <br /> store is 2,954 square feet. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on November 18, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
