BOX 1108 <br /> 119$ MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of The Keltic Trader d/b/a Peter Malone Ltd. for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-87-11-110 (owner on record; Fields Point Corporation) <br /> A Petition was filed by The Keltic Trader d/b/a Peter Malone Ltd. of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> business for the retail sale of Irish imports, china, crystal , etc. in a <br /> C-1 Zoning District on property located at Mashpee Commons, (map 74, parcels <br /> 20, 21 , 19A & 23) , Routes 28 & 151 , Pine Tree Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 26 & November 2, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 10, 1987 and continued to November 18, 1987 at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas nad Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed total footage to be utilized by Peter Malone <br /> Ltd. is 1 ,410 square feet. Information was received that items to be sold <br /> on the premises are clothing, china, crystal , pewter, pottery and giftware. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on November 18, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
