MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Southcape Industrial Park for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-11-116 <br /> A Petition was filed by Southcape Industrial Park of Yarmouthport, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to construct a non-func- <br /> tioning gatehouse in a I-1 Zoning District on property located on Industrial <br /> Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> November 4 & 11 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 18, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed that no personnel will be stationed at the gate- <br /> house and will be utilized primarily for the storage of equipment. The Board <br /> learned that the gatehouse will have a shell interior with lighting on the <br /> exterior perimeter. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on November 18, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
