Marsters made a motion to disapprove the design based on the fact that lot 4 is not suitable lot and B & C don't have access , and they would like to have lot 3 eliminated. Dir. Jonas seconded the motion and all voted in favor. r. Cally said they would drop off the fee the following day with the Building Inspector.
