Kirrane said this was a pirimeter plan. <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion that the Board sign the plan as an Approval <br /> Not Required . Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. Jonas <br /> signed the plan on behalf of the Board and 4 copies were left . Atty. <br /> Kirrane said he would submit the fee in the morning. <br /> ^r . Russo appeared for Mashpee Investors Trust . He presented the drainage <br /> and flow as requested and Mr. Rowley submitted his report . <br /> Mr. Marsters felt the open space would be better if it was more accessible . <br /> Vr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to the elimination <br /> of lot 33 , which will be added to the open space , and correcting the <br /> items in Mr. Rowley's letter. Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Paul Cotten and Frank Murphy came before the Board with a plan on Sunset <br /> Strip. They updated the drainage and increased it by 63%. They wanted <br /> to go ahead with the paving. Mr. iy;arsters asked if they were going to <br /> pave Noisy Hole Rd . as well. Mr. "Murphy said in doing a title search they <br /> found they own half of the road . M,-r. Farsters said the subdivision abutting <br /> theirs is going to pave Noisy Hole Rd. and the Board would like them to <br /> pave their portion. <br /> They didn't have the profiles for Noisy Hole Rd . and said they would bring <br /> them in and asked if they could give them directly to Mr. Rowley or if they <br /> have to come before the Board . Mr. Dubin said they could give it to Mr. <br /> Rowley. <br /> "Tr. Rowley took what they had presented to review and they will return on <br /> March 6 . The Board asked them to bring additional plans for our file and <br /> one for the Highway Superintendent and they agreed . <br />
