BOX 1109 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> Z <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Triton Management for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-04-034 <br /> (owner on record; Fields Point Limited Partnership) <br /> A Petition was filed by Triton Management of East Falmouth, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Donut Shop in a C-1 Zoning <br /> District on property located on Route 28, Pine Tree Rotary, (map 74, parcel <br /> 16) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br />�\ April 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed square footage for the building will be 1 ,000 <br /> feet. Information was received that the Donut Shop will operate as a take- <br /> out service with no seating or public sanitary facilities however, if approval <br /> is obtained from the Board of Health four or five tables with proper seating <br /> may be installed along with appropriate public sanitary facilities. <br />
