Wall of Osterville, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the front setback requirements on the <br /> corner of Canonchet and Ninigret Avenues in an R-3 Zoning District on <br /> property located at 39 Ninigret Avenue, (map 65, parcel 79) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> April 13 and 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on Wednesday, April 27, 1988 and was continued <br /> until May 25, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the <br /> *, Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposes to vary the front <br /> setback to accomodate a garage and a tool shed. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on June 8, 1988 to grant the 4' front setback on Canonchet St. and the 15' <br /> setback on Ninigret Ave. for the garage only and to deny the request for <br /> setbacks for the tool shed. <br />
