BOARD OF 5PEAL <br /> P. 0. BOX 1106 <br /> 'n iBLE co' MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A VARIANCE <br /> RE: Karl F. & Delores G. Mills for a Variance Case #V-88-05-035 <br /> (owner on record; Town of Mashpee) <br /> A Petition was filed by Karl F. & Delores G. Mills of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the minimum lot <br /> size requiremnts in a I-1 Zoning District on property located on <br /> Waquoit Road, (Route 28) , (map 81 , parcel 21 ) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on April 27 & May 4, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday,. May 11 , 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed that prior to the applicants inheritance of <br /> the property, the dwelling was constructed erroneously on Town owned pro- <br /> perty. Information was received that the parcel meets current Title V <br /> standards. The Board ascertained the hardship was not self-imposed. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on May 11 , 1988 to grant the lot size Variance of 7, 121 square <br /> feet as requested. <br />
