BOX 1106 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Tee Realty Trust for a Special Permit SP-88-06-046 <br /> A Petition was filed by Tee Realty Trust of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit to construct an office and retail complex in a <br /> C-2 zoning district on property located at lot 1 Forestdale Road, <br /> Route 130, (Map 13, Lot 46) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br />-�! General Laws Chapter 40A, Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on May 25 and June 1, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 8, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> Charles Jacobs, Architect, presented plans for an office building <br /> the same as one under construction on Route 130. He stated that the <br /> Design Review Committee had approved the plans. The Board ascertained <br /> that this project would not be detrimental to the surrounding area. <br />
