BOX 1106 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> Y DECISION <br /> l� ON A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Greenwood Homeowner's Association - Application for <br /> a Special Permit Case: SP-88-06-043 <br /> A Petition was filed by the Greenwood Homeowner's Association of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 10.5.8 of <br /> the Zoning Sign Requirements for permission to exceed the regulations <br /> of one sign per entranceway of a subdivision in an R-3 zoning district <br /> on property located at the intersection of Great Neck Road South and <br /> Great Pines Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on May 25 and June 1, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 8, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> There was no representation present to review this request for <br /> a Special Permit. <br />
