McCormick for a variance <br /> Case V-88-06-47 ( owners of record:Mary and Paul McCormick and <br /> James and Joan Coyle) <br /> A Petition was filed by Mary E. McCormick of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a variance under Section 7.4 to vary the frontage requirement on <br /> Lot 2 (Map 111 , parcel 168) and for permission to vary the minimum lot <br /> size requirement on Lots 1 and 2 (Map 111 , parcels 166, 167, 168) , <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 25 and June 1 , 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 8, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Richard Halpern and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposes to create two <br /> lots non-conforming in lot size and frontage. The Board found this <br /> variance request will not derogate from the intent of the By-Laws and <br /> would not be a detriment to the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on June 8, 1988 to grant the following variance requests <br /> which will eliminate lot 7 as a result: Lot 1 will be non-conforming in <br />
