BOX 1108 <br /> geLE� MASHREE, MA 02649 <br /> f <br /> v SY <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Philip & Patricia Cronan for a Variance Case #V-88-03-022 <br /> (owner on record; Philip & Patricia Cronan) <br /> A Petition was filed by Philip & Patricia Cronan of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to construct an addition within <br /> 50 feet of the wetlands in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lot <br /> 250 Popponesset Island Road, (map 12, parcel 13) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> February 24 & March 2, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 9, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the proposed addition is 432 square feet <br /> with a 534 square foot deck. The Board learned the proposed addition <br /> will encroach 19 feet into the wetlands area. Recommendations were re- <br /> ceived from the Conservation Commission. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on March 9, 1988 to grant the 19 foot Variance within the wetlands <br /> area as requested with the stipulation this Applicant comply with all <br /> "Orders of Conditions" setforth by the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br />
