MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Robert Osol for a Variance Case #V-88-03-025 <br /> (owner on record; Pine Tree Acres , Inc. ) <br /> A Petition was filed by Robert Osol of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Variance for permission to vary the 200 foot accessway requirements in <br /> a C-1 Zoning District on property located on lots 1 & 2 Ryans Way, (map <br /> 67, parcels 74 & 75) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> February 24 & March 2, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 9, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> Information was received that when the property was sub-divided con- <br /> sideration for accessways were overlooked. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on March 9, 1988 to grant the 30 foot Variance for the accessway <br /> as requested. This Variance shall be referenced to plans on file dated <br /> July 30, 1987 <br />
