MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Minor modification to Special Permit for Robert Osol Case #SP-88-01-09 <br /> (owner on record; Pine Tree Acres, Inc. ) <br /> On March 9, 1988 the Board of Appeals held a public meeting at which <br /> time the matter of Mr. Robert Osol aka Crosswinds Marketplace, was brought <br /> up for discussion. <br /> Mr. Walter Yarosh, representing Mr. Osol , discussed minor modifica- <br /> tions to be implemented at the site. Mr. Yarosh requested a rewording of <br /> conditions imposed with the Special Permit to read as follows: <br /> 1 . The buffer zone on map 67, parcel 3C Old Barnstable Road shall <br /> be increased to approximate footage of 10 feet. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall implement the planting of five (5) , 7' to <br /> 8' Austrian Black Pines to the end of property line on Great <br /> Neck Road. <br /> 3. Water entering the project shall be furnished by the Highwood <br /> Water Company. <br /> 4. Ryans way shall be kept clear and open at all times. <br /> 5. A landscaping bond shall be posted with the Town Treasurer in <br /> the amount of $260,000.00. Once landscaping has been completed <br /> and found to be in compliance the Board shall voted to release <br /> said bond. <br /> 6. A paving bond shall be posted with the Town Treasurer in the <br /> amount of $86,000.00. Once paving has been completed and found <br /> to be in compliance, the Board shall vote to release said bond. <br /> 7. The rear and side clearing line is to be a maximum of 15' -0" from <br /> foundation of building "B" at north elevation 30'-0" and west <br /> elevation 110' -0" from map 67, parcel 3C Old Barnstable Road. <br /> 8. All construction work shall be performed Monday thru Saturday <br /> from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until the project is completed. <br />
