MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Re: Petition of Fields Point Limited Partnership for a Special Permit <br /> Case: SP-89-02-29 <br /> APetition was filed by Fields Point Ltd. Partnership of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of the Land Use <br /> Requirements and the conditions of SP-86-04-024 for the following: <br /> approval of Building 15, Mashpee Commons, representing Phase 5 of the <br /> .Special. Permit; approval of Building 11B, Mashpee Commons, representing <br /> Phase 3 of the .Special Permit; a change in the usage designation for <br /> Building 10 and a revision of the completion schedule on property <br /> located in a C-1 Zoning District on Route 28, Route 151 and Job's <br /> Fishing Road (Map 74, Block 20) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on March 6 and March 13, 1989, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A-public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, March 22, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William J. Hanrahan, Cheryl A. Hawver and Michael A. Makunas. <br /> Mr. Douglas S. Storrs of Fields Point Ltd. Partnership represented <br /> the Petition and explained that the approval of Building 15 had been <br /> eliminated from this Petition and will be presented at a later date. <br /> He explained that the original Special Permit required the approval of <br /> the Board of Appeals for each new building. <br /> - <br /> Hereviewedplans for Building 11B which will be opposite the <br /> Sentry Bank Building. It will be 49,565 square feet, 38' tall and <br /> contain three stories. <br />
