Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth
Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee,
on February 8 and February 15, 1989, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
A public hearing was held at the Mashpee Town Hall on February 22, 1989
and continued to March 8, 1989 at which time the following members of
the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Cheryl Hawver,
RichardHalpernand Edward Govoni.
Dr. Palank informed the Board that he proposed to build a closet
addition to the house. The addition would have no exterior doors or
windows and would measure 4j ' x 7}' . The addition would be placed on
sonar tubes. No abutters were present.
The Board determined that the use is in harmony with other
permitted uses in this zoning district and a change or extension
would not be substantially more detrimental than the existing condition.
