We hereby appeal to the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> from the Notice of Zoning Violations dated February 4, 1988 served on <br /> our client by Douglas S. Boyd, Building Inspector, relating to the New <br /> Seabury sign at the rotary on Route 28 , • Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> New Seabury Corporation avers that the above-mentioned sign exists <br /> pursuant to a lawful permit issued by the office of the Mashpee <br /> Building Inspector on or about June 14 , 1985 , signed by Harold P. <br /> Collins. A copy of the permit is enclosed herewith. Because of this <br /> permit, it is submitted that the sign is not in .violation of any <br /> section of the Mashpee Zoning by-laws. Therefore, it is respectfully <br /> requested that the Notice of Zoning Violations issued by the Building <br /> Inspector in this matter be ordered withdrawn. <br /> Please advise this office as to when this appeal will be heard by <br /> the Board of Appeals. <br /> Thank you very much. <br /> Verb truly yours <br /> Robert B.
