Porciello (cont) <br />Page 4. <br />Paul Somerville, Shellfish Constable, stated that he had no problem <br />with the pier and float in the area but did have a problem with the <br />configuration of the pier, which is perpendicular to the shore. <br />He would prefer a parallel structure to minimize any disturbance from <br />prop wash. <br />Mr. Sanicki said the pier can be redesigned without a problem. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit as discussed <br />pending receipt of a modified drawing. He suggested plans be <br />reviewed by the Shellfish Constable prior to.submission to the Board. <br />Mr. Friel seconded. All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver moved to recess at 9:15 P.M. Mr. Halpern seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver reconvened the meeting at 9:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to increase the application fees from $50 to <br />$100 effective February 1, 1990. Mr. Friel seconded. All agreed. <br />There was discussion of the budget requests for fiscal 1990 and <br />1991. Mr. Friel moved to maintain the $10,750 for fiscal 1990 and <br />propose $10,800 for fiscal 1991. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Halpern moved to accept minutes of November 8 and November 29, 1989. <br />Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Friel moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 P.M.
