MINUTES March 8, 1989 -3- BOARD OF APPEALS <br />i <br />Plans were presented. Mr. Makunas stated that they are making <br />it into a two-family house. No abutters were present. Mr. <br />Govoni askedifthis was for a family member. It was stated that <br />it was for the parents who visit from Worcester. <br />Michael Makunas made a motion to take under advisement. <br />Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Caroline Dunivan (Owner of record: Fields Point Limited <br />Partnership) Requests a Special Permit under the conditions of <br />Fields Point Corporation Special Permit #SP -86-04-024 for permission <br />to operate a breakfast and lunch restaurant in space 7.5A of <br />Mashpee Commons in a C-l.zdning district on property located <br />on Route 28 and Route 151 (Map 74, Lot 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Edward Govoni, Cheryl Hawver and <br />Michael Makunas. <br />Presented by John Renz from Fields Point. Mr. Renz was not <br />sure why he had to come before the Board of Appeals. Mr. Govoni <br />explained that it was because of the square footage. <br />Michael Makunas made a motion to grant the Special Permit. <br />• Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />William Zammer Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 <br />of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a non -conforming <br />structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located at <br />10 Beach Road (Map 123, Lot 155) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, Michael Makunas and <br />cheryl Hawver. <br />Represented by William Zammer. This is a 35 year old cape <br />that is not winterized. They would like to remodel the existing <br />structure to make it year round. Stew Baker presented plans. <br />Presently they have 3 -bedrooms and 2 -bathrooms. They are going <br />to go straight up. <br />Abutters present: John Bernally who is representing his Aunt <br />who lives next door. Mr. and Mrs. William Ferguson who live <br />at 7 Beach Road. <br />The extension on the side is going to be 61. Mr. Bernally was <br />questioning why they were moving the septic systems. Cheryl <br />Hawver explained that the Board of Health will have to approve <br />the relocation of the septic system and stated that they were <br />protected by the State on this. <br />n <br />U <br />
